Conveys from TWO or More Individuals who are not married to each other, to ONE or more Individuals, in equal shares or specified percentages (by typing “XX%” behind the name), as Tenants in Common. IMPORTANT: 1. If ANY Seller is MARRIED, AFF101 (Affidavit
of Non-Homestead) MUST BE ORDERED in conjunction with this Deed to establish
that the property IS NOT the Homestead of the married Seller;
OR 2. If it IS the Homestead of the married Seller, a separate Deed MUST be used
that is signed by BOTH Husband and Wife (on the same Deed) in order to comply
with Homestead Laws.
