Conveys from ONE Individual, married or unmarried, to a Married Couple, as Joint Tenants or as Tenants in Common. IMPORTANT: 1. If the Individual Seller
is MARRIED, AFF101 (Affidavit of Non-Homestead)
MUST BE ORDERED in conjunction with this Deed
to establish that the property IS NOT the Homestead
of the married Seller; OR 2. If it IS the Homestead of
the married Seller, WD101 MUST be used instead of
this form and it must be signed by BOTH Husband
and Wife (on the same Deed) in order to comply with
Homestead Laws.
